Bits and pieces of Indiana basketball's 2024-25 non-conference schedule have continued to be released over the last month or so and another fragment of the Hoosiers' non-con schedule was reported on Friday.
Indiana will reportedly host Sam Houston State at Assembly Hall as part of it's 2024-25 non-conference slate, per Made For March.
The report states that the game is set for Tuesday, Dec. 3 and is a buy game in which the Hoosiers will pay Bearkats $100,000 guaranteed.
Sam Houston State finished last season with a record of 21-12 and 13-3 in conference play.
After winning the Conference USA regular season title, the Bearkats were bounced out of the conference tournament by UTEP in the second round, ending any hopes for an auto-bid into the NCAA Tournament.
In the two program's lone meeting all-time, Indiana took down Sam Houston State 99-45 on Nov. 15, 2012 in Bloomington.
Indiana's December contest with Sam Houston State is the fourth reported game of the Hoosiers' 2024-25 non-conference schedule -- outside of the Battle 4 Atlantis.
