Peegs.com app update

Want to let our iPhone/iOS and Android app users know that we're
working hard to resolve the problems with the Peegs.com app that began

earlier this month. Apologize for it taking away from your enjoyment of
our site in a busy time of the year for Indiana sports.
For iPhone users -- an update was submitted last Friday to Apple by our
app developer and we're hopeful that will be reviewed and released here
in the next few days (average
app review times).
The Android app has also had issues for some and we're working to
resolve that and an update is planned for that as well.
Our Peegs.com apps were designed by a talented developer outside the
the Rivals/Yahoo ecosystem. Unfortunately that can lead to some issues
when Rivals does change the programming for sites, which is what
happened earlier this month. We do have our developer working now with
a member of our Rivals team and hopefully we won't have recurring
outages like this going forward.
Rivals.com mobile site
Many of our users prefer using the Rivals mobile site
(mobile.rivals.com) on their phones, even when they have the Peegs' app
installed on their phone.

Once you navigate to the Indiana front page on the mobile site and log
in with your username and password, you shouldn't have to do that
again. Best of all you can make it work like an app by doing the
following:

iPhone Users
Pull up the
href="http://mobile.rivals.com/news.asp?sid=942&teamID=84&teamCode=INDIANA&sport=1">Peegs
mobile home page. Then in your Safari browser choose the middle
icon at the bottom that brings up some icon choices and pick:
Add to Home Screen
That creates an icon shortcut that sends you straight to our home page.
Basically makes it like an app and you can put that icon on whatever
iPhone screen you wish.
Android Users
Follow the same steps except after you've logged in and pulled up the

mobile home page, choose the menu button on your phone and it
should bring up a number of options. About three choices down should be
"Add shortcut to home" Again that will create an icon for one of
your home screens that will send you straight to our mobile site
without having to open a browser and click on a bookmark. So almost
like an app. Older Android versions may have slightly different steps
but all should give you a way to add a shortcut icon to your home page.

Again I want to personally apologize for the app not working this
month. When our app updates are out, we'll try to let you know on the
front page, the message boards and through social media..
