Indiana senior point guard Yogi Ferrell has been named to the Wooden Award Late Season Top 20, announced tonight.

The Wooden Award, one of the national player of the year awards, will be awarded April 8.

Ferrell also is one of 20 finalists for the Oscar Robertson Award, another national player of the year award which will be announced April 11, and one of 10 finalists for the Bob Cousy Award, given to the nation's top point guard.

Ferrell is the only Power 5 conference player with at least 1,550 career points (1,793), 500 assists (577) and 350 rebounds (404).

The former McDonald's All-American from Indianapolis Park Tudor is averaging 17.3 points, 5.8 assists and 4.1 rebounds on the season.

Ferrell is one of five Big Ten players with 125 or more assists in four consecutive seasons, joining Michigan State's Mateen Cleaves (1997-2000), Iowa's Dean Oliver (1998-2001), Illinois' Dee Brown (2003-06) and Ohio State's Aaron Craft (2013-present).
