New Albany High was the place to be for Indiana basketball fans on Tuesday night.

In the first of two annual Junior-Senior All-Star exhibitions, several Indiana targets had big outings for the junior team, leading them to a 122-110 win over the senior squad.

And that victory came without the help of New Albany five-star guard Romeo Langford. The 6-4, 185-pound guard - ranked as the No. 3 player nationally in 2018 - was in Europe for an adidas event.

The juniors improved to just 36-10 overall all-time against the seniors.

They were led in scoring by South Bend (Ind.) Riley four-star guard Damezi Anderson, who finished with 24 points on 10-of-16 shooting, including 4-for-8 shoot from behind the three-point line. The 6-7, 205-pound Anderson - ranked as the No. 103 player nationally - holds scholarships from Purdue, UConn and Michigan among others.

Bloomington North four-star forward Musa Jallow played a critical role in the second half, defending Indiana's Mr. Basketball and former IU target Kris Wilkes (33 points on 15-of-32 shooting). Jallow was physical with the five-star forward from Indianapolis North Central - unusual sometimes in exhibition settings - and challenged several of Wilkes' shots. A 6-5, 200-pound forward ranked as the No. 84 player nationally, Jallow also finished with 15 points on 6-of-9 shooting, plus five rebounds and three blocks.

"For us, we knew that we were a great class coming in, and it just shows that we can do whatever we want to do," Jallow said of the win.

A handful of other IU targets contributed to the win, including Lafayette three-star guard Robert Phinisee, Indianapolis Tindley four-star guard Eric Hunter and Ben Davis three-star forward Aaron Henry.

Phinisee - who has suffered some knee tendonitis this spring - finished with 14 on 6-of-9 shooting, and dished out five assists. The 5-11, 155-pound point guard holds offers from IU, Purdue, Virginia and Butler among others, and is ranked as the No. 121 player nationally.

Hunter poured in 13 points on 5-of-8 shooting from the field, in addition to contributing five rebounds and four assists. He showed off an ankle-breaking move in the first half that fired up the crowd.

He doesn't have an offer from IU yet, but holds a handful of Big Ten and Big East offers, including Nebraska, Purdue, Butler, Creighton, Minnesota and Xavier. The 6-3, 170-pound guard is ranked as the No. 77 player nationally.

Henry is a bit of a late-rising prospect after leading Ben Davis to the Class AAAA state title last winter. The 6-6, 205-pound three-star forward contributed 13 points on 6-of-12 shooting and 11 rebounds in the junior's victory.

Phinisee, Hunter, Jallow and Anderson all plan to get down to IU's campus later in June, although no dates have been set for those visits yet. IU head coach Archie Miller hosts a high school team camp June 24-25.

The juniors play the seniors again at Plainfield on Thursday night. Tipoff for the girls game is scheduled for 6 p.m. ET, with the boys following after, and tickets are available for $6.
