Davis' Bloomington Arrival Delayed

Indiana signee De'Ron Davis' arrival to Bloomington has been delayed.

The Bloomington Herald-Times' Mike Miller and other media outlets report the prized 6-foot-10, 235-pound 4-star forward from Overland (Colo.) High School is now expected to arrive in early August according to Davis' high school coach Danny Fisher.

Fisher told Miller and other reporters that Davis remains in contact with the IU coaching staff.

IU head coach Tom Crean previously told Miller and the Herald-Times that Davis needs to finish academic work over the summer before arriving in Bloomington.

2016 signees Curtis Jones, Devonte Green and Grant Gelon have already arrived on campus for summer workouts. The fifth signee, Neosho County (Kansas) Community College transfer Freddie McSwain, is expected to arrive in Bloomington in August after completing a summer class.
