Indiana welcomed in new offensive coordinator Walt Bell on Sunday as the Hoosiers are in the midst of a busy recruiting period.
National Signing Day is just days away -- on December 15 -- and that means coaches have been all over the country giving their last minute pitches to try and land the last few pieces of their recruiting classes.
Despite Bell not being formally introduced to the media until Sunday, he has been recruiting for Indiana for the past week and learning more about the future Hoosiers then the current roster.
"I got here Monday (Dec. 5) afternoon, was here for probably less than 24 hour and then on the road recruiting," Bell said. "Once we get through this recruiting weekend, which we are still a part of, then Monday and Tuesday as we go into Wednesday's Signing Day. Once we are not recruiting that is probably when I will dive in (to the current roster)."
