Indiana running back and return specialist Jaylin Lucas picked up two more postseason honors on Wednesday afternoon.
USA Today tabbed Lucas as a first-team return specialist, while the American Football Coaches Association selected the true freshman as a second-team all-purpose player.
These after Lucas was chosen as a Walter Camp Foundation first-team All-American on Dec. 8.
Lucas posted somewhat of a cryptic tweet on Dec. 9 featuring highlights from his first season in Indiana with the caption, "just getting started".
While Lucas has made no official commitment to returning to Indiana, his reluctance to enter the portal after it being open for multiple weeks mixed with this tweet leads many to believe he will return to Bloomington for his sophomore season, in which he will be the feature back for offensive coordinator Walt Bell's offense.
Tom Allen's retaining of Lucas would be huge since he's already lost offensive pieces like quarterback Connor Bazelak and tight end AJ Barner.
