More Golds For IU's Lilly King And Cody Miller
IU sophomore Lilly King and graduate Cody Miller teamed up to earn Team USA gold medals as part of the mixed 200-meter medley relay in the Short Course World Championships on Thursday.
King swam a 28.74 split in the 50-meter breaststroke portion in the final to help the Americans to a winning time at 1:37.22. It was her third gold medal of the week after winning the 50-meter breaststroke and the 200-meter medley relay on Wednesday.
Miller didn't swim in the final but swam a 25.82-second time in the preliminary stage to help Team USA into the finals.
