Sports Classic that culminates with Indiana, Washington,
Connecticut and Boston College converging in New York at Madison Square
Garden for games on November 21-22.
As part of the event, Indiana will host the "Bloomington Regional
Round" beginning with a Tuesday, November 12th game against Stony
Brook. Then on Sunday, November 17th, LIU-Brooklyn will come to
Assembly Hall as part of the Bloomington Regional.
No matter what happens in the regional rounds, Indiana will face
Washington in New York at Madison Square Garden on Thursday, November
21. That will be the second of two games, tipping about a half hour
after the 7 p.m. ET game between Connecticut and Boston College. Both
games will be broadcast by ESPN2.
The following night the winners and losers will meet on the same floor.
The consolation game will be played at 5 p.m. ET and shown on ESPNU and
soon after that game the championship game will be shown that Friday
night at approximately 7:30 p.m. on ESPN2.
Indiana has yet to release its non-conference schedule and the Big Ten
has yet to release the conference schedule. The league did announce the
teams that schools will play only once (
