Spring Spotlight - Marcus Lattimore

We hit the road daily starting in mid April through late May tracking down some of the top prospects in the country. We watched many talented athletes go through spring practice to get a better evaluation of their talent. Inside the Spring Spotlight feature you will see exclusive video, photos, player analysis, and more on the talent we see. The prospect in the spotlight this time is Marcus Lattimore.





Prospect: Marcus Lattimore

High School: Byrnes - Duncan, South Carolina

Class: 2010

Position: Running Back

Vitals: 6-1, 195-pounds, 4.5

Offers: Clemson, FSU, Georgia, Kansas, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.

Favorites: Clemson, South Carolina, FSU, and Georgia have been mentioned as favorites at one time, but Clemson and South Carolina have the in-state advantage.

Colleges in Attendance: North Carolina

Practice Observations: Lattimore showed good balance in between the tackles during team drills. What was most impressive
was his overall strength as he knocked defenders back, both in running north/south and in pass blocking. He seemed to enjoy the contact, and delivered eye opening hits on defensive line much larger than him.
