Barnes enjoys Iowa visit
It's hard looking very far down the road with basketball prospects, but the 2010 class in the state of Iowa looks to be loaded with talent. One of the players near the top of that list is Harrison Barnes from Ames, who will likely be a Top 100 player down the road. The talented wing player made his second trip to Iowa City this past weekend.
The 6-foot-4, 180-pound small forward was joined by his mom and younger sister and arrived in Iowa City in time to catch the shirts and skins scrimmage before heading over to Kinnick Stadium to watch the homecoming football game.
Barnes is already looking forward to a third visit to Iowa City, one where he can sit down with Coach Lickliter and find out more about what he would have planned for him if he were to end up being a Hawkeye.
