Key is my a-l (Nw St) who goes twice within 2 days on the road. Got no right to expect it but I think I need 2 wins from them.
Awful lot of road games for me, but I need a good weekday segment. Need tp hold form with my favorites and hope one of my lousy teams (Wi-Mil, SMU and S.Car) finds a way to win.
I got Boise and Dayton idle this week.

He has a lot more games that I have left and like how his teams seem to be surging. My 2-4 picks of Wisconsin, SIU and Drexel have helped me to get to the lead but SIU and Drexel are down to 3 league games left. Wiscy has the game at Ohio State.
You have him winning nine here per Pomeroy and I only see a couple games for my slate that appear to be likely wins.

It was the last thing on my document, and I missed copying and pasting.
TBL had a big weekday segment recently. He was struggling early in the week and had taken some upset losses. Then he rallied at the end of the week by getting a bunch of upset wins.
It appeared he was going to fall back in the clutches for the race for 3rd, but bounced back strong.
Those middle teams are key for him (Clem, Syr, Ms St and Stan). I still don't know how good they really are.
It's obvious that none of those will kill him individually, but if they all finish up mediocre they could cause him damage.
Any player that can manage to avoid having a lousy team is a big threat, and it's clear that TBL has done that.

For once, my slate of teams outperformed their predictors, netting 7 wins vs a predicted 5.

Yours is probably the most dramatic because you were scuffling along at the very back early in the season.
You've got a weird slate though. Alabama, Loyola, and St.Louis all are doing poorly from the top, and Ball St, Drake and NC-Wil aren't good either from the bottom.
The middle teams plus your a-l are doing the heavy lifting. BYU has been surprisingly good.
Maybe I'm not looking at your slate thoroughly, but it seems like you have an awful lot of teams struggling to be as high as you are.

Those seem like your only good picks. But I guess it's because those picks are great is why you're surging. Gtwn and BYU are very quietly having terrific seasons.
You may end up with 4 league champions, which is a hell of a lot.
But those other 6 teams on your slate probably won't help you enough to do much better in the standings. That is unless Loyola and St.Louis play better, and I think maybe they already have started.

It seems that Yahoo didn't pick up any of the Va Tech games. Hokies at UNC tonight. Not that I expect VT to beat UNC a second time this season. In fact I suspect it'll be a blowout the wrong way for me.

they were a late third round pick. I could overcome Alabama if St. Louis and my bottom 3 weren't killing me. If I would have just hit on one of those teams, I'd be fine.
What kills me is that I gave Spec a list for those bottom 3 b/c I was stuck in deps all day. I probably would have gone differently if I was actually picking. Ces Le Vie.
