Beautiful goal for Purdie off a flick up over a crowd in the box from Corrado which Purdie just headed over the out or up stretched goalie. This was a very good soccer match. We had another goal earlier in the match but the linesman called it offsides. Not sure how he came to that conlusion, but the goal was disallowed. PSU is a pretty good team and will give anyone they play fits. They do a lot of slip heading at the top which creates some difficult situations. They had a couple of good chances tonight, but couldn't convert. We outshot them by three or four shots, but didn't have a ton of shots on frame. Zavaleta went down a couple of times tonight, so I hope he isn't in bad shape physically after this game.
