With the 2008 class being near capacity since early December, the IU staff has gotten a jump start in recruiting the state's junior prospects. But still, not many 2009 recruits have received scholarship offers from Indiana. That, however, is gradually changing, as another Indianapolis area recruit has received a pledge from the Hoosiers.
