Army West notebook: Toliver has big practice

Rivals.com Football Recruiting SAN ANTONIO, Texas - No player opened more eyes during Tuesday's West practice sessions at the U.S. Army All-American Bowl than Hempstead (Texas) wide receiver Terrance Toliver.
The 6-foot-4, 190 pound Toliver took over Tuesday's practice at times with his ability to catch the ball in coverage and his knack for the big play.
"Wow, he's special isn't he," West head coach Jon Mack said when asked to comment about Tolliver's day. "He's a pretty good player."
