Not a championship performance
Indiana ended up with a Big Ten championship thanks to impressive performances earlier in the season, but Tuesday night's wasn't one of them.
The No. 2-ranked Hoosiers couldn't find their offense in the first half, didn't get to the foul line anywhere near their normal rate, had a bad stretch on the boards in the second half and allowed Ohio State to have a big edge in fast-break points.
With a chance to win an outright Big Ten title in front of a sold-out crowd on Senior Night, the Hoosiers fell 67-58 to 13th-ranked Ohio State, opening the door for a potential four-way tie for the conference regular-season championship.
