The Hanner Perea and Peter Jurkin case has now moved to the appeals stage.

How that will turn out is anyone's guess.

In an extended conversation with Peegs.com, the attorney and college basketball commentator says this is an opportunity for a "petty and unreasonable" decision to be corrected and allow the two freshmen to play immediately.
