VandySports.com A huge second half propelled Vanderbilt to a 63-41 victory over Georgia in the Southeastern Conference Tournament on Friday. VandySports.com's Chris Lee and Jesse Johnson break down all the game's important happenings.
Turning point: Vanderbilt trailed by one at halftime (25-24), but Brad Tinsley got the half off to a good start. Still, the Bulldogs hung tight, and trailed just 36-32 after Dustin Ware hit a 3-pointer.
The Commodores then owned the next eight minutes of basketball, going on a 14-3 run to go up 50-35. No one player was really key during that stretch, since five VU players scored those points.
