Chikwe Obasih has been on Wisconsin's radar for some time.

Saturday afternoon, the 6-foot-4, 230-pound defensive received an offer from head coach Bret Bielema and the Badgers.

"Goosebumps," Obasih said. "As an in-state kid I grew up watching the Badgers and this is an exciting time."
