Like most high-school players who are clearly the tallest guys on the court, Fort Dorchester's R.J. Slawson mostly plays in the middle. But he's branching out all the time, preparing for the next level. Slawson, a 6-foot-8 spindle of the Gamecocks' five-man recruiting class for next year, is already being compared to current Gamecock Dominique Archie.
